Introducing the New Accounts Tab

Introducing the new and improved member accounts tab. This update makes it easier for you to identify which charges your member’s incoming payments are clearing at a glance.

You can find this tab by opening GymMaster, clicking “find member”, choosing a member and then clicking the “accounts” tab at the top of the members page.

New GymMaster Feature: Favorite Reports

If you use GymMaster reports, you may have already noticed the introduction of two new icons to your reporting interface – ♥ & ★. These symbols are the My Favorite ♥ and Company Favorite ★ buttons for GymMaster’s new “Favorite Reports” feature.

These new additions allow you to add important reports to the favorites tab, making accessing and running them a breeze.

The “Company Favorite” button ★ adds the report to the favorites tab for all staff users within GymMaster. This button is only visible to users with admin rights.

New alerts in GymMaster

We’ve implemented new alerts, to help you keep on top of your bookings, Debtors and Failed Billing.

As an ongoing commitment to improving our product for you, the GymMaster development team have recently released new features to assist in keeping you up to date with what is happening in your facility.

On the home screen you will now see alerts regarding any bookings you haven’t checked in recently. Not checking in bookings means that it may not count that session towards the sessions your clients are entitled to.

You can change how the system reacts to bookings not checked in
