Member Portal

Allow members online access to their account and membership details, bookings, communication history and workout plans.
Allow members to make online bookings, receive booking updates or cancel bookings, purchase memberships, make payments and communicate with staff.
Members can access Member Portal via the Member App or your website.

Club Notices

Club notices appear at the top of the Member Portal and Member App.
These notices will appear to all members per club, allowing you to share information like club closure dates, events, promotions.

Create Club Notice

Club notices are set per club, allowing you to keep your notices club specific.

To create club notice;

  • Go to Club Details > Member Portal > Club Notices
  • Select Edit
  • You can set text, URLs and images in the Club Notice
  • Remember to keep it short and test it out visually on the Member App

To view your club notice as it appears in Member Portal / App, create a test Member to log in
