The GymMaster Member App gives your members the ability to access the Member Portal via their smartphone or tablet.
This guide walks you through enabling access and setting up the visual experience of the Member App.
Before setting up the Member App, make sure your Member Portal is fully configured — most settings carry across to the App.
Enable the key features and options you would like members to access via the App;
While each club can personalize elements within the app, members will be downloading the GymMaster brand, and will be presented with the GymMaster logo when logging in.

Give your members access to the Member App:
Note: It may take up to an hour for access to sync across all member accounts.
Members can download the GymMaster Member Portal App from:
Direct download links are also available on the Member Sign Up / Login page
Once the app is downloaded, members can log in using their smartphone or tablet.
To receive push notifications, members must enable notifications for the GymMaster App in their device settings.
Members can now access their accounts, book classes and services, purchase memberships and stay updated via the app
Once enabled and in combination with matching harware, members can use the GymMaster Member App to unlock club doors via Bluetooth — no need for key tags or passcodes.
This provides a seamless, contactless entry experience directly from their smartphone.
