Allow cancellations via the member portal

Let your members to cancel their bookings and memberships online, within the limits you define.

Bookings

Manage online booking cancellations separately from memberships.

Go to Settings > Advanced Configuration > Member Portal Configuration

Classes:

• Select the Classes tab to enable:
  • Enable cancellation of class bookings online

Services:

• Select the Bookings tab to enable:
  • Enable cancellation of service bookings online

Cancellation Options

Once cancellation is enabled, configuration options appear for both classes and services.
Define your cancellation rules; within what time frame can members cancel, are they charged a fee?

These cancellation options become the default rules applied across all bookings, but you can override them per class or service by editing the individual booking in Settings > Bookings and Classes

Memberships

Manage online membership cancellations separately from service and class bookings.

Go to Settings > Advanced Configuration > Member Portal Configuration

• Select the Membership tab
• Enable membership cancellation via Member Portal
