Communication Configuration
Communication settings and automated confirmation emails are managed specifically for the Member Portal.
Portal Communication Settings
- Go to Member Portal Configuration > Communication
Most options here relate to confirmation emails (covered next), but also include:
- Notify staff of new online sign-ups
- Notify staff of online class and service bookings
- Notify staff of updated member payment details
Enable or disable these as needed, then proceed to the next step.
Assign Confirmation Templates
Assign key confirmation templates for online actions via Member Portal Configuration.
Before assigning, create or edit templates to fit your club’s needs.
In Member Portal Configuration:
- Enable which confirmation emails to send to members
- Assign the appropriate email template to each event
