Member Portal

The GymMaster Member App gives your members the ability to access the Member Portal via their smartphone or tablet.
Via the Member Portal they can view your timetable, book into classes and make bookings with your trainers, and update their personal information.


The Member Portal can be accessed by members via your website, or via the Member App.

Enable Member Portal Access

To enable Member Portal access to members;

  • Go to Settings > Member Portal Configuration > Member
    • Enable Online Login

Once enabled, you can select to;

  • Allow only current members access to Portal
  • Allow initial password = phone number
    When not enabled, members use Forgot Password to gain access
  • Define member access limits with portal throughout Member Portal Configuration

First Access to Member Portal

Once a member has signed up to your gym, whether online or in person, they will be able to access the Member Portal.
They can login via your website, or by downloading the Member App on their smartphone or tablet

  • Login = email address used when signing up
  • Password = phone number as default, when enabled
    When first password = phone number is not enabled, members use Forgot Password at bottom of login interface, then follow instructions to allow access

Once logged in for the first time, members will be prompted to set their own password.
New password will be used for all subsequent logins.
