Mass Holds

You can use the mass hold feature when you want to stop multiple / all members from accessing your facility, but you don’t want them to have to pay for that time. There’s likely a number of scenarios that warrant considering a mass hold, but here are some of the common ones:

• Your facility is moving to a new location
• Your facility is going to be closed for renovations, or improvements
• You’re closing over a holiday period
