Once created, custom fields appear during staff sign-up and online member registration.

You can create member input fields tailored to your club’s unique needs:

• Text Input Field
  Perfect for free-form responses—use it for notes, preferences, or open-ended questions.

• Checkbox Input Field
  Ideal for yes/no style entries like opt-ins, or quick confirmations.

• Date Input Field
