Transfer Data to GymMaster

Only required when transferring to GymMaster from a previous management system

This transfer process is collaborative; we work with you for a successful transfer

If you are transitioning to GymMaster software as an established gym with existing active memberships, member information, and billing data, a data transfer process will be required to integrate your current database into GymMaster.

It is important to view this process as a collaborative effort where we assist you with your software transfer.
Successful transfers require your active participation and feedback throughout the process.
Please review the following information carefully, to ensure a seamless and successful transfer.

The GymMaster team strives to ensure that all data transfers are successful and will promptly address any issues in accordance with our existing documentation.

Note that issues reported more than a week after the transfer date may incur additional fees.
