Day of Transfer

With the transfer date locked in, it’s time to get things moving.
We’ll need to receive your final data early on the agreed date to begin the transfer promptly.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and flag anything that requires your input.

⚠️ Your availability on the day is essential — please be ready for quick email or phone communication if needed.


Transfer Process Time

While we aim to keep the transfer as efficient as possible, the speed depends on how well things are prepared in advance.
Smaller transfers are typically completed within one day, while larger or more complex transfers may take up to a week.
In some cases, the entire transfer process — including planning, execution, and confirmation — can span several weeks depending on staff availability and the complexity of the data.


Verifying Data

Before we finalise your data transfer, we’ll send you a CSV spreadsheet showing exactly how your member and membership data will appear once loaded into GymMaster.

This is your opportunity to review the data and confirm that everything looks right.
If your information is coming from another software system, it’s important to check each member record is accurate — including membership types, billing, and contact info.

This step helps ensure a smooth transition and prevents disruptions when you go live.

Your feedback at this stage allows us to correct anything that may have been misinterpreted.


⚠️ Please note that delays outside of GymMaster’s control may impact the projected transfer timeline.
Changes to the transfer scope, or additional transfers, may incur further charges.
It is your responsibility to be familiar with the transfer process and the documentation provided.
