Templates - where you write what you want to say
Task Automation - where you assign when you want to say it

Communication Templates are pre-written emails, eliminating the need to type them each time.
Template can be set to automatically personalize details per member when sending bulk communication.

You’ll find a variety of templates provided within GymMaster as pre-created examples.
Feel free to review, copy or edit any of the pre-existing email templates as needed, to better suit your own business.
These templates are saved for later, available for assignment when needed via Task Automation.
