Manual tasks related to members can be managed through the different tabs within each member’s page

Awards Settings

Go to Find Member > Member Details > Communication Tab > Awards > Award Settings OR Settings > Advanced Configuration > Awards

  • Awards Enabled - disabling will hide Awards on member portal and member profiles. It will also prevent Tasks from granting new awards
  • Text to Replace Awards With - for example, change title to ‘Achievements’ to replace all ‘Awards’ instances with ‘Achievements’ on member portal
    Note: Changing title of Awards does not affect labeling within staff view of GymMaster
  • Enable / Disable System Awards - activate individual System Awards
