Member App

The GymMaster Member App gives your members the ability to access the Member Portal via their smartphone or tablet.
Via the Member Portal they can view your timetable, book into classes and make bookings with your trainers, and update their personal information.

Customize App Menu

Enable / disable options offered via App menu, based on what you would like members to be able to access / action on App / Portal.

Menu items can be enabled / disabled by selecting the corresponding settings in GM;

  • Schedule go to Member Portal Configuration > Class Schedule
    • Enable class bookings via online schedule
  • Book Class go to Member Portal Configuration > Classes
    • Enable booking of classes online
  • Bookings go to Member Portal Configuration > Bookings
    • Enable booking of services online
  • Workouts go to Member Portal Configuration > Training
    • Enable Workouts button
  • Measurements go to Member Portal Configuration > Training
    • Enable Measurements button
  • Memberships go to Member Portal Configuration > Membership
    • Enable purchase of memberships online
  • Documents go to Member Portal Configuration > Member
    • Enable file upload and Enable View Uploaded File online
  • Purchase go to Member Portal Configuration > Point of Sale
    • Enable Point of Sale purchases online

Banner displays at the top of the menu in your Member App. Changing the banner is an easy way to add your branding logo within the app.

To upload banner;

  • Go to Settings > Club Details > Member App > App Banner
  • Select Browse to find and upload your banner

    Ideal aspect ratio is 3:2, approx 900 x 600 pixels
