Member App

The GymMaster Member App gives your members the ability to access the Member Portal via their smartphone or tablet.

Bookings and Classes

Members can view and book services and classes within the Bookings page based on your original Member Portal settings and active Portal Buttons.
Below are additional app-only features that can be enabled, and tweaks to personalize how your services and classes are presented individually.

Additional App-Only Features

Additional to Member Portal and Portal Button settings, you can enable optional widgets on the app’s home screen to display bookings and classes options in a clear, visual format.
Three options are available related to bookings and classes:

  • My Upcoming Bookings Widget

    • Displays each member’s upcoming service and class bookings
    • Members can book into classes or services via widget
    • Always visible once enabled
  • Upcoming Classes Widget

    • Shows your club’s upcoming scheduled classes
    • Members can book into classes via widget
    • Always visible once enabled
  • Rate Attended Booking Widget

    • Asks members to rate recently attended classes and services, and offer feedback
    • Only visible when relevant, after attended booking

Once enabled, the widget will display on the Member App home screen, in the position selected in the widget order


Enable Widgets in Member App;

  • Navigate to Member Portal Configuration > Customize Member App
  • Scroll through the list of available widgets until you find My Upcoming Bookings, Upcoming Classes and Rate Attended Booking
  • Check the ‘Visible’ box on the right to enable the widget you wish displayed in app
  • Use drag and drop to rearrange the order of widgets — this determines their position on the app home screen
  • Save

Adjust how classes and services appear in app

You can set logo, background color and description when creating your Classes and Services


A logo or image can become the booking banner, which can be seen when a class or service is selected in the app.
If no image is set, the background color will display in its place.

Background Color

Background color is used on app schedule and upcoming classes list, helping members easily distinguish between classes.
In the absence of a selected logo/image, the booking will display the selected background color as a banner when viewed in app.

Classes appear grey on the schedule when full or unavailable — choose a color that contrasts with grey for best visibility
