Account Balance

Members can view their account information within the accounts page based on your original Member Portal settings and active Portal Buttons.

Optional Account Features in App

Additional to Member Portal and Portal Button settings, you can enable optional widgets on the app’s home screen to display account balance details in a clear, visual format.
Two options are available for account balances:

• Account Balance Widget

  • Always visible on the home screen, showing the member’s current balance.

• Outstanding Balance Widget

  • Only appears if a payment is overdue, drawing attention to the amount owed.

Once enabled, the widget will display on the Member App home screen, in the position selected in the widget order:

Enable Widgets in Member App;

• Navigate to Member Portal Configuration > Customize Member App
• Scroll through the list of available widgets until you find Account Balance and Outstanding Balance
• Check the ‘Visible’ box on the right to enable the widget you wish displayed in app
• Use drag and drop to rearrange the order of widgets — this determines their position on the app home screen
• Save
