Member Visits

Below are optional app-only visit widgets that can be enabled. These will be visible on the home page of the app.

Additional to Member Portal and Portal Button settings, you can enable optional widgets on the app’s home screen to display account balance details in a clear, visual format.
Two options are available for account balances:

• Visit Trends Widget

  • Shows daily visit patterns over time

• Visit Stats Widget

  • Quick summary of total visits, longest visit streak and current streak

• Monthly Stats Widget

  • Minimalist view of visits per month

• Visit History Widget

  • Expanded view of visits per month
  • Member can toggle view

Once enabled, the widget will display on the Member App home screen, in the position selected in the widget order:

Enable Widgets

• Navigate to Member Portal Configuration > Customize Member App
  • Scroll through the list of available widgets until you find Visit Trends, Visit Stats, Visit History and Monthly Visit Stats
  • Check the ‘Visible’ box on the right to enable the widget you wish displayed in app
  • Use drag and drop to rearrange the order of widgets — this determines their position on the app home screen
