Assign Access Method

Assign door access to Member

Once a member has purchased a membership, they can be assigned an access method.
Note, some access methods can be allocated automatically when a new member signs up for a membership, when enabled

Key Fob

Key Fobs can be allocated manually only to;

• Existing and New Members

Bluetooth Access Token

Bluetooth Access Tokens can to be allocated manually / automatically to;

• All Existing Members
• New Members
• Individual Members

Passcode

Passcodes can to be allocated manually / automatically

• Individual Existing Members
• New Members

The above options will automatically link access method with your member’s membership and account. This means;

• Members will only be able to access the club within the Door Access limits of their current membership / casual booking.
• Members with Failed Billing attempts, Member Holds, expired or cancelled memberships, will not be able access club until resolved.
