Common Reasons for Failed Entry

When door access fails, GymMaster logs the attempt and provides a clear explanation.
You can view access attempts from the Visitors page.

Below are the most common reasons for failed access:


No Membership

The member doesn’t yet have an active membership assigned.


Incomplete Membership

Their membership purchase process is incomplete.

Overdue Account

The member owes more than your club’s limit.
Manage Stop on Owe threshold


Depleted Card

The member has used up all allowed visits on a limited pass and will need to purchase another pack.


No Door Access

Their membership does not provide access to this specific door.

Outside Allowed Hours

The member attempted entry outside their allowed access time.
