You can view access attempts from the Visitors page.
Below are the most common reasons for failed access:
The member doesn’t yet have an active membership assigned.
Their membership purchase process is incomplete.

The member has used up all allowed visits on a limited pass and will need to purchase another pack.
Their membership does not provide access to this specific door.
