Templates and Communication
Communication to your members can largely be automated while remaining individualized, by utilizing Templates.
Add Unsubscribe to SMS
To add opt-out message to footer of SMS notifications;
Go to Advanced Configuration > Add opt-out option – SMS
- Create your opt-out message
- Member must respond with STOP to unsubscribe
