Templates

Templates are a range of pre-made email and SMS messages that can be used for individualized automated communication with your Members.
Templates are ideal for communications which are predictable and relevant to many of your members.
They may include confirmation messages after sign-up, purchases, bookings, cancellations. They may also include reminder messages, birthday greetings, prompts to activate engagement after a member slows their visits to the club.

When communication is in response to a common trigger event, such as a purchase, sign-up, reminder for booking, we suggest you;

• Create Template (individualized / automated message) and then;
  • Automate Template within Communication Settings (this will only be relevant for some of your templates)
  • OR
  • Automate Template via Task Automation

In personalized cases you can send one-off bulk or individual communication direct to your members.
