Tasks and Task Automation

View and Complete Tasks

Note that automated tasks are generated by GymMaster every 30 minutes, so there may be a brief delay between a trigger event and the task appearing.
Manually created tasks display instantly.


View Tasks

All staff can access their to-do list, both current and past tasks, on the Task page found from the left menu.
Staff can click into any task for full details, including any notes, deadlines, or member links.

Tasks are split into those that require:

  • Staff Action – follow-up, admin, or in-person action
  • Email – email communication
  • SMS – SMS communication
  • Manual – personalised communication

Completed Tasks – log of completed tasks


Complete Task

Once task requirement has been completed, staff member can mark task as complete from within the task view.
Or simply click the green tick on the far right of the task bar for quick completion.

Completion notes can be added to maintain a full record of the task, and a follow- up task can be assigned at this stage,


Keeping up to date with the Task page ensures nothing gets missed — and that every member receives timely, consistent service.
