• Two Factor Authentication (when enabled)

  • Two factor authentication (2FA) is an identity and access management security method that requires two forms of identification to access resources and data. 2FA gives businesses the ability to monitor and help safeguard their most vulnerable information and networks.

  • If your club requires 2FA, staff without 2FA go to this tab after they log in. They cannot open other pages until they set up 2FA. Set up 2FA, then log out and log in again.

• AI Agents

  • See the AI agents that you connected, and revoke them. Administrators also see and revoke the agents of other staff here.

Password Rules

The Save button stays disabled until the new password meets these rules:

• The password must have the minimum length. The default is 8 characters.
• The password must not be a common password. It must not be similar to the staff member’s name, username, email or phone number.

Your club can also have Advanced Login Security on. Then the password must also:

• Contain at least 3 of the 4: lowercase letters (a-z), uppercase letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9) and symbols.
• Be different to the last 6 passwords of that staff member.

The Advanced Login Security rules also apply when a staff member uses a Forgot Password link.

Lock Screen When Inactive

Set Lock screen when inactive in Settings > Advanced Configuration > Login. When there is no mouse movement or key press for that time, GymMaster locks all open tabs and logs the staff member out. A warning shows 10 seconds before the lock. To continue, enter the password (and the 2FA code if it is necessary). Select Change User to log in as a different staff member.

• Leave it empty to turn the lock screen off.
• Do not use it on a computer that runs the Kiosk.
• It does not apply to the Staff App.
