Automated Holds

This form of hold is initiated by GymMaster, in response to a pre-defined trigger event, most commonly due to unpaid fees.
Member’s are stopped at door, preventing entry to gym entirely.

There are two automated hold options;

Stop on Owe
Stop at Door

During an automated hold;

• Billing is not paused
• Access to gym is blocked

Member is required to resolve issue in order to resume access to gym.
