Weekly Schedule

A summarized Weekly Schedule is displayed on the Dashboard, where you can view each day’s class bookings by selecting the date or expanding the entire schedule for the next week using the double arrow icon.

Manage Classes from Dashboard

• Select class from Weekly Schedule on Dashboard to bring up a class management screen
  • Add casual, new or current members to the class
  • Quickly add member to the class using the arrow button
  • Communicate with the class attendees via SMS or email, or email the Instructor from the right-hand menu options
  • Cancel or edit classes from the menu options at the bottom of the screen
• Save
