Membership Types

Memberships are agreements between club and your members, providing members access to your club, services and classes in return for payment

To add a new membership category;

Options selected will apply to all memberships within this category, including;

Tax Rate
- Membership types can be separated by Tax Rate, if required
- All memberships within this category will adopt the selected tax rate
Cancellation Notice
- How many days / weeks will members be required to give notice before membership is cancelled
Enrol Limits
- Is there a limit to how many people can hold a membership type?
- If so, apply your limit here, noting ALL memberships within this category will adopt this limit
- Leave blank for no limit
Sort Order
- This is order in which category will appear online to members when purchasing their memberships
- Eg, if select ‘2’ this category will be displayed as second category from the top
Direct Member Portal Link
- Link is generated by GymMaster; link can be used to direct potential members to online signup page for any membership within this category
Maintenance Fee
- Charge members who purchase a membership within this category a regular Maintenance Fee
- Maintenance Fee Override
  - Set an amount that overrides the fee set within Maintenance Fee
Require Signature before Completing Membership
- This requires new members to sign their agreement before membership purchase can complete
- Members will be able to sign online

Access Control

Assign Bluetooth Token
- Enable new members who purchase memberships from this category to have immediate Bluetooth Access to your club, via Member App

Assign Passcode
- Enable new members who purchase memberships from this category to have a unique entry Passcode generated, allowing immediate door access
