Manage Meeting Schedule

Add Meeting to Schedule

  • Go to Schedule page
  • Select Facility / Trainer schedule (top left) where meeting will be held / held with
  • Left-click on date/time you wish to schedule the meeting
  • Select Add Meeting
  • Complete details, ensuring you:
    • Select correct date
    • Select correct start / end times
    • Use Repeats function if meeting repeats at this time
  • Save Booking to save meeting
