Static QR Codes

Static QR Codes generate a single printable code, linked to your specific door, valid for 12 months.
When a member scans the code from within the Member App, the door will unlock.

Once your door has been connected with required hardware, you can enable and print your static code;

Enable Static Codes

To enable Static Codes;

• Navigate to Settings > Advanced Configuration > Doors and Readers
  • Enable Static Check In QR Codes
    • Adds an option to a door’s settings page to download a static version of the check-in QR code
  • Save

Print QR Code

• Navigate to Settings > Doors and Readers
  • Select your required door, and navigate onto it’s control page
    • Do not use QR Code to right of door list page, as this displays your Dynamic code
  • Select Check In QR Code button on top right
  • File will automatically download
  • Print and display this image near door

Security Note

Static QR codes can pose a security risk as they can be misused.
For this reason, we do not recommend using static QR code, especially for main entrance doors.
