SMS or text messages have been a hot topic over the last three months, so I felt it time to write a blog on the matter. Margins are being squeezed with members negotiating for lower cost premiums with the influx of 24/7 unmanned franchise facilities and you are looking at new ways to improve and/or maintain current revenues.  With this in mind we have identified three SMS’s that we have found our customers have had the greatest success in boosting profits.
