Use this screen to create and manage the facilities available in GymMaster.
Each facility you add will have its own calendar, allowing you to schedule classes and services to that space.
Name:
Enter a name that clearly identifies the facility for both staff and members.
Facilities Category:
If this facility is part of a group — for example, Yoga Rooms or Swimming Lanes — select the relevant category here.
Roster:
The selected roster controls when this facility is available for class or service bookings.
Information Link:
Add a URL that links members to a webpage with more details about this facility.
Parent Facility:
Use this to connect sub-facilities to a main facility.For example, if a basketball court can be booked as a full court or as two half courts, the full court is the parent facility.
The parent facility must be created first before it can be assigned here.
Facility Image:
Select an image to display for this facility in the Member Portal.
Allow Class Bookings:
When enabled, both classes and services can be scheduled for this facility. When disabled, only services can be booked — but staff will still see this facility in the schedule.
