When selected, current members are allowed to book.
Access based on membership benefits, selected below.

• All Class Benefits
  • Any member with an ‘All Classes membership, or membership benefits specific to this class category, may book this class.
    Price based on membership benefit setting.
    To allow members without All Classes benefits to attend class, set a base price.
• Selected Benefits Only
  • Only memberships with specific benefits which include this class, can access this class.
    Price based on membership benefit setting.
    To allow members without All Classes benefits to attend class, set a base price.
• Base Price
  • Allows current members to enrol for class at base price, when they have no valid membership benefit for class.

Casual & Prospects
When selected, casual members and non-members can book and attend this class.
Price based on selection below.

• Free
  • No fee will be charged.
    Applies to all casual and non-member bookings only.
• Fixed Price
  • Price set will apply to all casual and non-member bookings only.

Class Packs
When selected, class pack membership holders can book and attend this class.

• All Class Benefits
  • Any class pack holder with an ‘All Classes’ pack, may book this class.
• Selected Benefits Only
  • Only class pack holders with specific benefits which include this class, can access this class.

Waitlist
The waitlist is a list of Members wanting to enrol in a specific class, but are unable to as the class has reached its enrollment limit.
When a Class has reached its maximum capacity, the club can offer the option for members to join the waitlist.
Waitlisted members will be notified when a spot becomes available.

• Waitlist Limit
  • Select number of members able to be waitlisted for this class
• Waitlist Cutoff
  • Define time before class begins from where on open spots are no longer offered to waitlisted members

Online Bookings

Online bookings can be booked by members via the Member Portal and Member App.

Disabled
When selected, class will not be visible for booking in member portal or app.
To book class, members will need to sign up in person.

Bookable online
This class will be visible for booking via the online schedule and elsewhere in the member portal and app.
Members are able to book themselves into this class, or can be booked in by a staff member.

• Open Online Bookings
  • Set time when class opens for online bookings, prior to class commencing.
• Close Online Bookings
  • Set time when class closes for online bookings, prior to class commencing.
