Time Worked as Decimal
Presents time logged to the nearest minute, rather than to the exact second?
(on my example it changes time worked from 5:25:40 to 5:43. ?? am i misunderstanding this option)
Clock-in / clock-out:
A daily record tracking exact time a staff member logs into work.
Report shows clock in and clock out times, total time worked within a day and total per period.
Only displays attendance from those who have clocked in / run a class or service. If no activity is shown, they will not appear on report.
Automated clock in/ clock out tracking - when staff enter/leave the facility using their key fobs, GymMaster records Clock-In / Clock-Out based on their rostered time. If staff arrive late / leave early, this will be reflected in their logged clock-in / clock-out times. Staff swipe twice consecutively to clock-out.
Manual clock in / clock out tracking - staff can clock in and out manually when logging into GymMaster, via the user drop-down menu on top right of screen. This feature can be enabled in Settings > Advanced Configuration > General
Also displays how many appointments and classes staff member has run, during selected time period.
(why not say services insted of appointments?. Should report say classes run? instructed? ‘taken’ suggests they were a particpant in the class, not the instructor of the class).
Available / Roster time:
Shows full hours they were made available for booking on the schedule (through use of ‘Make Time Available’ option) and their standard rostered hours that day, which can be compared to their clock-in clock-out time.
Action
Select action to make changes within a line of the staff attendance report, or to add a timesheet log which may be missing
!!adding timesheet only available for a day where a timesheet is logged? can it be added for days no timesheet is logged?
