Communication Tab

Personal communications as well as number of administrative actions regarding your members can be initiated here. The communication tab also holds all records of a broad array of interactions between club and member, including chats, emails, SMS, calls, files, contracts, waivers, questionnaires, tasks, notes and awards.

Awards

Awards are a visual, digital way to recognise member achievements, such as reaching milestones, completing challenges, or winning competitions.
They can be applied either automatically or manually, and are visible to members through the member portal and app.

All awards are created, enabled, and managed from any member’s Communication > Awards page.

Most awards are designed to be automatically issued when predefined conditions are met.
These awards will appear in the member portal and app without staff intervention.
Staff can also manually assign awards to individual members from the Awards page linked to their profile.

When the Friends feature is enabled, members can also view awards earned by their friends.
This encourages friendly competition, recognises progress, and helps boost overall member engagement.

Questionnaires

Questionnaires are a useful tool for staff trainers, allowing you to collect important information about a member’s goals, interests, preferences, medical history, fitness level, and any other factors that may influence their experience with your club.

Questionnaires can be automatically attached to membership purchases or bookings, with all responses stored under Communication > Questionnaires.

They can also be completed:

  • In person using a tablet
  • By staff or trainers during an in-person consultation

Trainers can easily review and update questionnaires when working with new or existing clients, ensuring member information stays current and relevant and that their focus of each session remains focused on their clients goals.

From this section, you can also view:

Waiver Status:
See all waivers the member has signed, along with any that are still awaiting completion.

Membership Contracts:
View a list of all contracts signed by the member, including contract type and date.
Select View to see the full contract details.

Search Communication Log

Use the search bar and filters to quickly narrow down a member’s communication history.

Click on any communication entry to view full details.
You can access all related records, including files, contracts, questionnaires, chats, emails, and completed tasks.

All interactions are time-stamped and displayed in chronological order, providing a clear audit trail of member communication.
