Templates are reusable email and SMS messages that help you communicate consistently with members.
They can be used for:
- Automated communication triggered by member or system events
- Confirmation messages
- One-off individual messages
- Bulk email and SMS campaigns
GymMaster includes a range of pre-built templates. We recommend reviewing and customising these before creating your own, as they already include many commonly used fields and layouts.
Automate your Communication
Templates can be sent automatically through Advanced Configuration and Tasks, allowing;
- Confirmation messages to be sent when members purchase a membership or book a class
- Staff and Members to be sent communication when a pre-defined event occurs
All communication templates can be personalized to automatically add your members name, membership, or other details.
