One of the key features in GymMaster is the ability to offer bookings, which come in two types, Classes and Services.
Understanding the difference between these two will help you set them up effectively for your business.
See links at base of page for instructions to setup each of these.
| Classes | Services | |
|---|---|---|
| Who is it for? | Groups of members or casual visitors attending the same scheduled session | Individual members seeking a personalised session or small group booking |
| Examples | Pilates, Spin, Bootcamp, Yoga | Personal Training, Massage Therapy, 1:1 Coaching, Small Group Training |
| Schedule | Sessions are scheduled in advance by staff | Sessions are added to the schedule when booked indivudally |
| Booking | Members book themselves into scheduled class | Members book trainer / practitioner based on availability |
