Features:

• Added support for animated GIF file format images for member and staff profile pictures.

General Improvements:

• Membership hold ‘ongoing fee’ charges will now prorate if the hold is set to prorate.
• Added ‘Booking Staff Member’ to ‘Performer’ selection in ‘Task Automation’. This will allow you to select the staff member the booking is made with as the performer.
• Added a ‘Quarterly’ frequency option for auto-sending reports.
• Added a prospect funnel stage to the member log.
• Introduced an Advanced Configuration setting, ‘Allow members in the prospect funnel,’ which permits non-prospects to remain in the ‘prospect funnel.’
• Added a new ‘Member Portal’ setting, ‘Charge prorated fees for free promotion periods upfront,’ that controls when members are billed for prorated amounts.
• Made various improvements to the process of adding linked/shared members, including updated help text.
• Improved Arabic translations and localization.

Notable Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue caused by transferring historic additional members in shared memberships.
• Resolved the issue where age-restricted membership expiry did not trigger follow-on memberships.
• Fixed the problem where promotion periods and ‘DD setup time’ for new signups could combine and extend the first payment day far into the future.
• Fixed the issue where the ‘Record uncompleted sign-ups’ setting would cause new signups to incorrectly appear in the prospect funnel.
• Improved the display of images in ‘Club Notices’ on the member app.
