QR Code Access – Club Setup

QR Code access gives your members a simple way to unlock doors using the GymMaster Member App.

Before you start you will need these set up:

If the hardware’s in place, the rest is straightforward.

Dynamic QR Codes

Set as Default

Dynamic codes refresh every 60 seconds. They can’t be copied or reused, so these are more secure of the two.
These are ideal for main entrances.

Set It Up

Log into GymMaster on the device that will display the QR code
Go to Settings → Doors & Readers
Click the QR Code icon for the required door
Use the Kiosk staff role (User Administration > Permissions) to restrict access to the QR display only
Mount the screen near the door so members can scan it easily

The page will display a live QR Code that refreshes automatically.
