If you decide to switch Billing Providers, GymMaster gives you a couple of options for making the transition.
The best approach depends on your business model, your preferred timeline, and whether your new Billing Provider supports token transfers.
Important: While GymMaster does not lock you into any Billing Provider, you should review any contractual obligations with your current provider before making the change.
Which Option Should I Choose?
The simplest way to switch providers is to update your Billing Provider settings in Settings > Financial Configuration > Billing Provider and enter your new provider credentials.

If you prefer not to involve members in the migration process, you may be able to transfer billing tokens directly from one provider to another.
