Bring Friends to the Club: Guest Passes
Guest Passes allow members to bring friends into your club, with control over the number of guests, frequency of visits, and guest entry pricing.
These membership benefits are not only a way to reward existing members; they can also be a valuable tool for bringing new prospects into your club. By giving potential members the opportunity to experience your facilities, you can build relationships and continue nurturing them towards membership.
Benefits are configured within the individual Membership Type.
- First, activate Guest Passes: Settings > Advanced Configuration > Membership Type > Enable Guest Pass
- Then begin at: Settings > Membership Types > Edit Membership Type > Membership Benefits
From here, you can add, edit, and manage the guest pass benefits included with that membership.
Guest Pass
Guest Passes allow members to bring guests into the club as part of their membership.
Using benefits you can configure:
- How many guests a member can bring
- How often guest passes can be used
- Whether guests receive free entry or pay a set guest fee

Any membership can include multiple benefits.
For example, if both of the above benefits were applied to the same membership, the member would receive 1x free Guest Pass per week, then unlimited Guest Passes at $10.
Note
- Guest Access will mimic membership Door Access Benefits. A membership must have Door Access assigned before you can add Guest Passes
- If your club requires guests to complete a waiver before visiting, a Guest Waiver can be assigned to the membership
- Guest Pass Benefits are not available for Charge Per Visit memberships or Class Pack memberships
