Service Bookings are not Showing Online

If a member can’t see service bookings when attempting to book online, there are several possible causes depending on the situation.
We recommend first checking the booking process from the member’s perspective, by logging into the portal as the member.

Common Reasons & Remedies

The button to allow service bookings isn’t available

Go to Settings > Member Portal > Edit Portal Buttons
Booking > Book a Service > Edit
Select Show to Members
Save

The button is available, but no services are listed

Go to Settings > Booking and Classes > Services
Edit the service you want to show
Go down to Online Bookings
Tick Bookable Online
Save

There are still no services listed

Services must have available time added to the schedule, to be bookable online
The member may
- Not have the correct membership benefits
- Have a membership that has not started yet
- Not be eligible for casual member pricing if no benefits apply

Set casual member pricing:

Settings > Booking and Classes > Services
Edit the service
Tick Base price for casuals, under Service is For
Set a dollar value

Services are listed, but members can’t book far enough ahead

To adjust globally

Go to Settings > Member Portal > Bookings > Open service bookings online

To adjust individually;

Go to Settings > Booking and Classes > Service List
Edit service
Navigate to Online Bookings
Open online bookings
