Instructions:
- A USB stick supplied or configured by GymMaster should be inserted into one of the USB ports on your Gatekeeper (it does not matter which one)

? Not sure which hardware you have?This means that the Tailgating system can not find the USB stick to store videos on. This is important because if the Tailgating system stores videos directly to the Gatekeeper, this can cause SD card corruption, and may also interfere with regular operations.
Tick the checkbox after completing a test and use the Notes fields to record the outcome
If you received Tailgating cameras at the same time as your Gatekeeper, you should also have received a USB stick already configured for storage of Tailgating videos If you purchased Tailgating cameras after your Gatekeeper was first installed, you should have received a USB stick with the cameras, and GymMaster support should have remotely configured the USB stick during the camera calibration process.
