The Visitors section shows a list of all the visitors that have checked in to your facility. This troubleshooting article covers the issue where a recent check in, usually via key fob swipe or Bluetooth, is not showing in this visitors list.

Tick the checkbox after completing a test and use the Notes fields to record the outcome

If the associated reader is showing an error, this could be the cause of the issue.


  1. In GymMaster, navigate to the Visitors page
  2. Check that there is no error showing for the relevant door
