Instructions:
- In GymMaster, navigate to the Visitors section
- Check that the door status is correct for the relevant door
- Locked: Door is locked, no one can check-in
- Unlocked: Door is unlocked
- Active: Door is locked, a valid check-in will unlock it

Tick the checkbox after completing a test and use the Notes fields to record the outcome
Verify that the door reader configuration is not keeping your door unlocked or locked
Setting the door status to Locked or Unlocked could help with later troubleshooting
