General Improvements:

• The trainer commissions report now specifically notes when there are no commissions in the report period instead of providing a blank report.
• Added a new report field ‘Payment Club Name’ for the ‘All Payments’ report to prevent confusion when running the report for all clubs.
• Improved description of the ‘Booking Invite URL’ report field.
• Services initially set up with group booking enabled will now keep existing group bookings if group booking is later disabled.
• The Maintenance Fee cost in Club Details now shows the tax inclusive and exclusive price.
• Invoice due dates can now be edited directly from the invoice once they have been generated.
• Invoices now add the product name to the description for each line item to help differentiate in cases where the descriptions are the same.
• Invoices now include the club phone number from club details if it has been set.
• Viewing a member’s questionnaires will now default to the member’s most recent answers instead of defaulting to the blank option that staff can fill out.
• Improve the helptext for highlight waiver on the waiver edit page.
• Updated design of the ‘Add’ modal in member Communication tab.
• Added undo button for member signature during portal signup to clear accidental marks without needing to fully clear the signature.
• Custom dropdowns now sort the options by the order shown in UI instead of alphabetical order.
• Removed ‘Enable tooltips’ Advanced Configuration setting. Tooltips are now always displayed.
• SMS and email templates selection for Task Automations now only show when their corresponding actions are enabled.
• While creating or editing a Task Automation, you can now create new templates without needing to refresh the page. Use the ‘+’ button at the end of the template dropdown.
• Update styling and design of the staff clock in/out modal.
• Improved formatting in the member count tooltip in the Membership Type list.
• When editing a membership to add a discount code or referral that reduces the price, it will now check if the new discounted base price is cheaper than any custom set membership price and only apply the best discount.
• Membership cancellation requests now include the member’s name as part of the email subject. This can help with some email inboxes grouping emails if the subject is the same.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed bad permission checks hiding the date picker on the Visitors page for users without Point of Sale permissions.
• Fixed the reports club filter being hidden for users with ‘Intermediate’ Report Access Role.
• Fixed multiple layout issues encountered when printing reports as a PDF.
• Fixed the next/previous buttons on the ‘Weekly Schedule’ dashboard widget not updating the class list.
• When creating custom dashboard widgets, the report dropdowns now default to no selection instead of partially selecting the first report in the list.
• Fixed an error encountered when viewing the facility list in Settings > Bookings & Classes for multisite databases with a historic/deleted club.
• Fixed the broken modal encountered when editing an image inside a template.
• Fixed inconsistent formatting of the membership summary first payment date during member portal signup.
• Fixed maintenance fee information still appearing in Member Portal signup if maintenance fees are set but disabled.

• Fixed agreement signatures getting pushed off the page instead of creating a new page when generating agreement PDFs.
• Fixed changing an existing membership type to paid in full bypassing validation that allowed invalid promotional periods.
• Fixed canceling a booking created as part of a custom repeat not allowing users to also cancel future bookings in the repeat.
