General Improvements:

  • The ‘Membership Discontinued’ checkbox in the edit membership type page has been replaced by a ‘Discontinue’ button in the top right of the page.
  • Templates sent by ‘Gift Voucher Purchased’ task automations can now use the ‘Voucher Code’, ‘Voucher Value’ and ‘Voucher Expiry’ insert fields.
  • Added new task trigger ‘Prospect Class Booking No Show’.
  • Updated the toolbar at the top of the rich text editor for email content, including templates.
  • URL type insert fields for emails and SMS are now clickable to allow easy editing.
  • Updated layout of contracts when generating a PDF.
  • Notifications sent to the staff app when tailgating is detected will now specify tailgating was detected instead of appearing as a duplicate check-in.
  • The Member Portal will now instruct the members to contact the facility to cancel their membership if the ‘Enable membership cancellation via Member Portal’ setting is disabled. The message shown can be edited using ‘Set Contact Facility Cancellation Text’ Member Portal setting.
  • The supplier list in stock deliveries is now sorted alphabetically.
  • ‘Display membership cost excluding tax’ Member Portal setting has been extended and renamed to ‘Display membership and booking costs excluding tax’. Enabling this setting will now show bookings with the tax exclusive price.
  • After adding an item to the cart in the POS, the entire cart row can be clicked to edit the quantity and apply discounts instead of just the item name.
  • Added warning when downloading static QR codes to note that they expire after 1 year.
  • Updated descriptions for referral related task triggers with clearer detail of how they count past referrals.
  • Failed notification attempts triggered by tasks will now be included in member communication logs for easier troubleshooting.
  • Improved UI when changes to a roster would cause bookings to fall outside of rostered hours.
  • Added % label to end of the input for product discount benefits to communicate how this benefit type works while setting it up.
  • Created a new ‘Booking Reviews’ report for collating and reviewing class ratings.

Notable Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed task notifications triggering repeatedly for the same task if the member had an invalid phone number and the task was set up with SMS, notification and staff action.
  • Fixed tasks in the member communications log failing to link back to their source task or template.
  • Fixed being unable to log into the member portal for accounts other than the original account when there are two or more accounts using the same email address.
  • Fixed improper handling of new lines in Class Descriptions in the member portal.
  • Fixed fobs not being unassigned in some cases when deleting a member.
  • Fixed spacing around the ‘Emergency Contact’ form during signup in the Member Portal.
  • Fixed drop-down lists missing the default blank/empty option causing the first option to be selected by default.
  • Fixed the alignment of discount codes during member portal signup if using a signup link that included the discount code.
  • Fixed default values for intervals not loading correctly in the class and service edit pages.
  • Fixed legacy referrals bypassing backdating protection when first creating a referral-based task.
  • Fixed the Expire Agreement modal reloading the page when closed even if no action was taken.
  • Various improvements to the labeling on the Edit Discount Code pages.
  • Fixed ‘Every X Days No Visit’ tasks being able to trigger before a hold has ended
  • Fixed issue where submitting the details page too quickly after applying a discount code when signing up to a membership in the Member Portal could result in not all rewards applying correctly.
  • Fixed the ‘Load More’ button at the bottom of Find Member scrolling to the top of the page when clicked.
