General Improvements:

• Overhauled design of the ‘Discount Code’, ‘Club Details’ and ‘Custom Fields’ pages.
• Various UI and layout improvements for custom booking repeats.
• The relationship of linked members can now be edited alongside the details of the link, without having to delete and recreate the link.
• The ‘Key Fob / Token’ input on the member page will now note the access method the number represents (ie, Fob or Bluetooth).
• Added new ‘Final Repeat Booking’ report field to flag if a given booking is the final in a repeat.
• Added new task triggers for ‘Booking Discount Code Used’ and ‘Membership Discount Code Used’.
• Added new ‘Follow-On Membership Starting’ task trigger.
• Separated ‘Member Portal Style Editor’ from custom ‘Member Portal CSS’ in the Asset File Manager to allow for both styling being applied simultaneously.
• Failed billing tasks have been optimized and now run significantly faster.
• Various web server security improvements.
• Improved sorting of rows in the member communication tab to make sure entries from the same day appear in the right order.
• The Measurements page in the Member Portal will now show the most recent measurement data by default.
• Clarified the error message shown when saving a shared membership without a price for additional members.
• Improved handling of membership price calculations when holds and promotion periods occur within the same period.
• When making a class booking via the Member Portal, the ‘Discount Code’ and ‘Gift Voucher’ inputs will be hidden if the class is unbookable (ie, class is full, in the past, etc).

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where manual stock adjustments wouldn’t save and no error message was shown.
• Fixed single time units (ie ‘1 day’) failing to load properly, resulting in being unable to save changes to class or service types.
• Fixed issue that prevented editing meetings using the old Schedule interface.
• Fixed entering an invalid end date when setting up a mass hold potentially causing the browser to crash.
• Fixed report filters applied on the Report List page not carrying across to the ‘Edit Report’ page.
• Fixed an issue where disabling the default ‘Book a Class’ button in the member app caused custom booking buttons to stop working.
• Fixed miss-matched alignment of different inputs on the Outstanding Account Balance page in Member Portal.
• Fixed changing the relationship of an emergency contact via the staff app creating a new contact instead of updating the original. Note: This fix also requires an update to the staff app.
• Fixed member links being unclickable in tilltake reports.
• Fixed the ‘Member’s Active Days’ report field incorrectly double counting days for members with multiple active memberships.
• Fixed prospects enquiring using the Contact Us page potentially being rejected for already having an account regardless of the ‘Update existing prospect on Contact Us’ setting.
• Added validation to the Cash Drawer denominations set in Financial Configuration to prevent invalid data.
• Fixed scaling issues when reviewing tailgating evidence images.
• Fixed member portal booking links including all clubs in the club filter not just clubs where the booking is available.
• Fixed waitlist notifications displaying the booking time in ‘24 hour’ time regardless of ‘Use 24-hour format’ advanced configuration setting.
• Improved descriptions for ‘X days no visit’ task triggers to include clearer descriptions of who the task will trigger for.
