Member Denied Entry If a member is being denied entry at your facility, their pop-up will appear in red. If the access attempt was made at a physical door, the door will not unlock. This pop-up is your first clue as to why access was denied. If you missed the pop-up or want to check again later, you can view all recent access attempts in the Visitors section, found in the left-hand menu of GymMaster.
