Update Stock Levels

Can’t see your product on the Stock page? Enable Track Stock under Products > Edit Product > Stock.

There are two methods to update your stock levels in GymMaster;

Input Stock Delivery

Record a stock delivery whenever you receive new inventory that you want to sell or track in GymMaster.

Begin at Stock > Input Stock Delivery

Select Add New Product Purchase
Enter the quantity received for each product
If you track gross profit, enter the supplier’s purchase price for each item
Total invoice amount should equate to the total stock value entered
Save

You can use the filters at the top of the page to quickly find the products included in your delivery.
If products have been assigned to a Supplier, you can filter by supplier to display only the products from that delivery, making stock entry faster and easier.

Stocktake

Use Stocktake periodically when manually checking stock levels on the shelves and updating these in the system. This ensures your tracking of stock is accurate, and will highlight any issues around stock management or theft.

Select a supplier, then manually check off each product in store, updating current inventory with counted stock.
