This article provides troubleshooting instructions for problems with Bluetooth check in. Typically this issue will present itself with the error message 'No Doors Found', showing in the GymMaster Member's app.

Bluetooth check-in requires specific hardware. Cidron type readers and Gatekeeper v5.0+ are compatible with Bluetooth check-in


  1. In GymMaster, navigate to Settings > Door Readers
  2. From the readers list, identify the problem reader and click the [Edit] button
  3. Under the Gatekeeper Configuration section, check which Reader Type is selected
    • Compatible reader types: Sentinel Door
    • If you're not sure which reader you have, check the identify hardware page: Hardware List
