Check the physical connections for the Gatekeeper's power supply and plugs
Instructions:
- Check the power cable plugged into the Gatekeeper is not loose or damaged
- Use another device such as a phone charger to test the plug is working
- Verify the power cable is properly plugged in to an outlet
- Try another outlet
- If using a multi-board or extension cable, try plugging the Gatekeeper directly in to a wall outlet
- Check the power outlet is switched on
