This article focuses on power related troubleshooting for Gatekeeper hardware.

Check the physical connections for the Gatekeeper's power supply and plugs

Instructions:

  1. Check the power cable plugged into the Gatekeeper is not loose or damaged
    • Use another device such as a phone charger to test the plug is working
  2. Verify the power cable is properly plugged in to an outlet
    • Try another outlet
    • If using a multi-board or extension cable, try plugging the Gatekeeper directly in to a wall outlet
  3. Check the power outlet is switched on
