General Improvements:

• Member
  • The styling and design of the Member Invoices page has been updated to be in line with the current member page styling.
  • The ‘Measurements & Progress Summary’ section of the member page training tab now only shows calculated measurements that are able to be calculated instead of including rows of ‘Insufficient Data’.
  • The blocked from books warning banner on member profiles now highlights the ‘click here’ link as a link instead of normal text.
  • Opening the block or unblock online bookings modal in the member page ‘Bookings’ tab now defaults to the action described by the button label instead of always defaulting to unblock.
  • Workout Programs on member profiles can now be restored after being archived.
• Member Portal
  • The Unicorn member Portal redesign has been updated to include the club logo on the login and signup pages.
  • The ‘Add Hold’ page now remembers previous inputs when navigating back to the page instead of clearing the inputs.
• Membership
  • Improved the error message encountered when adding limited use benefits to concession pack memberships to better clarify both the error and the intended setup.
  • Membership Upfront fee calculations now incorporate promotions, gifted time and holds. This works both when first creating the membership and after later actions.
  • Staff can now set ‘All Active Memberships’ holds to start before membership start dates.
  • The ‘Member Portal Embedded Module’ page in Settings > Integrations > Asset File Manager, now supports generating a QR code for any previewed page.
• Reports
  • Added new ‘Class Category’ report field for the Class Summary report.
• Tasks
  • Improved and clarified the descriptions for ‘Shared Membership - Shared Member Added to Master Member’ and ‘Shared Membership - Master Member Added a Shared Member’ task triggers.
  • Booking task emails are now sent from the club email of the club booking occurs at instead of the member’s home club.
• Misc
  • Added new theme options including ‘Forest’, ‘Sandstone’, and ‘Sea Foam’ themes for improved visual distinction.
  • The ‘Enable readability mode’ Advanced Configuration setting has been removed and replaced with a new ‘Readability Mode’ theme available from the options tab of your staff profile.
  • Waiver restrictions for doors now also support selecting required Terms & Conditions.
  • Trainers can now receive push notifications in the staff app when a booking is created, cancelled or updated.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Accounting/Billing
  • Invoices generated for all charges on a member’s account now include booking charges.
• Bookings
  • Fixed the class list failing to automatically expand the class options when there is only one class type available for booking.
• Communication
  • Fixed the ‘Web Cancellation URL’ template insert field generating an invalid link.
• Member Portal
  • Fixed printed copies of questionnaires missing member signatures. Note, the signature is still visible when viewing the questionnaire answers in a member profile.
• Membership
  • Fixed saving a Preset Date Program membership type with ‘Prorated Late Sign-ups’ enabled causing member’s membership prices to be reset to the current membership type price.
  • Fixed assigning a keyfob to a membership failing to check if another member owns the fob before assigning.
  • Fixed the first charge after a billing-delay hold not using the Promotion Period price if it fell within a promotion period.
  • Fixed error encountered when a child linked member attempted to add a member to a shared membership they owned.
  • When updating the price of a membership type, the prompt to update the price of existing memberships is now correctly displayed for all Charge Per Visit membership types.
  • Fixed billing delay holds applied on the first day of a cycle to now correctly adjust that cycle.
• Tasks
  • Fixed the ‘Membership Starting (Current)’ task trigger skipping memberships created just before midnight. There is now a small buffer at the start of the next day to catch these.
  • Fixed the ‘Member Every X Visits’ task trigger not counting some booking related check-ins.
• Misc
  • Fixed payments processed unexpectedly fast, potentially failing to sync to Gatekeepers when paying for a casual booking at the time of booking.
  • Fixed gatekeeper and reader errors appearing on all doors instead of only the affected ones, potentially causing the majority of doors to falsely report errors.
  • Fixed questionnaire answers overflowing off the side of the page when saved or printed as a PDF. Note, this is only fixed for newly generated PDFs.
  • The Staff App will now only receive member related notifications for members the staff user has permissions to view.
